Contingency Recruitment

We search for and select qualified profiles, evaluate them via individualized interviews, and present to you the candidates best matched for your project and required skills. Also, we ensure the good integration of your new collaborator, while maintaining regular contact with him/her, as well as with you, always remaining in the scope of an advisory framework. Thus, Challengia commits to suggesting collaborators to its clients, for which the latter solicit us according to the specific needs that they wish to communicate following the application of a target profile, and we do not invoice any service fees until after the success of the collaboration, meaning the moment after the candidate begins working for said business. This operation requires, on our end, great responsiveness, similarity, and a precise expertise and targeting. In addition, our involvement does not end once candidates have been placed accordingly. We remain in contact with the candidates and are capable of providing feedback to our clients regarding the candidates’ integration. It is the reason for which our clients trust us.
